Air Emission Measurement Analysis

Emission measurements are the sampling of the pollutant concentrations generated due to fuel use or production process depending on the activity of the facilities and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney and analyzed in the laboratory or on-site. The parameters determined in line with the technical visits to the activities with the aforementioned pollutant emission sources and the orders of the relevant legislation are analyzed using appropriate standard methods and state-of-the-art analyzers. The measured values are evaluated within the scope of the companies’ own control and R&D studies or within the scope of the relevant environmental legislation and appropriate emission reduction measures are taken where necessary.

Measurements carried out within the scope of control and R&D studies of companies, are reported in a way to fully fulfill customer demands within the scope of the specific parameters to be observed, flue gas – emission measurements carried out within the scope of the environmental permit are carried out and reported in accordance with the acceptance criteria of the supervisory authority within the scope of the Regulation on the Control of Industrial Air Pollution within the scope of the Regulation on the Control of Industrial Air Pollution in the facilities performing the activities listed in Annex-1 and Annex-2 of the Environmental Permit and License Regulation.

HTS ENVIRONMENTAL LABORATORY, which is among the first laboratories to meet the requirements for emission measurements, has the Accreditation Certificate issued by the Turkish Accreditation Agency and is among the first laboratories authorized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
